I think this is a good compromise, I’m not necessarily supporting a genocidal big tech company, I’m using it as a tool. Also thanks to Reza Nik (my teacher @ Sheeep School), I now have a desktop. Gorgeous and 21 inches, it has a hard switch off which I need.
